National Taipei University (NTPU) Goodwill Mission Corps has been selected to provide their service for Taiwan’s Double Ten National Day ceremony this year. This is the 11th time they have been selected. On Tuesday, they gave us a glimpse of their talents.

This year a total of 12 students were selected to be part of the team for the national celebrations. They each must undergo a 15-week, 90-hour training program, which is designed to help the students maintain peak performance over long periods of time.

The members not only speak their native languages of Mandarin, Taiwanese Hokkien, and Hakka, but this year they also received training in English and Japanese. One member even speaks French.

Yu Jung-chien (余戎芊) will be leading this year's group and has been praised for her musical talents. Other members have also been praised for their good looks. One member in particular,  Tung Yu-jou (董于瑈), has been likened to that of South Korean girl group ITZY member Lee Chae-ryeong. Yu says she hopes she can replicate the hard work and professionalism of Lee and bring it to her service at the National Day Ceremony.

The Goodwill Mission Corps hopes to bring their most perfect service to the guests on National Day celebrations.
